For The Next Week Try This…

To change our lives, at some point we have to decide that,
rather than suffer anymore, we are going to live in happiness.

And the only way we can do that is to make the decision to
look for things to appreciate, no matter what.

As we begin to focus on the good and the brighter side of
things, the Universe responds by sending back to us the exact
photocopy of our new thoughts and vibrations.

And good things begin to appear.

And then more good things, and then more…

For the next week, decide to keep your focus on things you
can appreciate.

Just one week, and see what happens.

Need some daily steps to help you focus on appreciation?

Here you go…

1. Write down all the great things about everyone you know.

2. Make a list of all the wonderful things about you.

3. Compliment people everywhere you go.

4. Praise every single thing you see.

5. Be a ray of sunshine to everyone you meet, and make their
   day better for having seen you.

6. Say ‘thank you’ at every turn.

7. Walk, talk, think, and breathe appreciation and gratitude.

When you do this, your outer life will change to reflect your
inner state of being.
