Creating Your USP To Attract Your Desires
I was on a tele-conference with my good friends Stephanie and Greg Mulac (http://www.dfymarketing.com/) yesterday where they were discussing the road they took that allowed Greg to quit his job. Both Steph and Greg are now financially free and live their dream lifestyle and have dedicated their lives to helping others reach the same goal.
One topic they covered on the phone call was creating your USP (unique selling proposition) in business - in other words, a statement that briefly discribes what makes your product or service unique and better than the competition. The theory is that once you have developed your USP you are clear about what you provide and who your ideal customer is. This then allows you to create all your marketing materials based on your USP, and you can then attract your target market because your message will ’speak’ to them.
This whole idea got me thinking that it is exactly the same when we are trying to align ourselves up with the Universe for the purpose of becoming a match to our desires.
Law of Attract states that you attract (or repel) what you are a match to.
This means you must become clear about who you are and what you want. If you use the same concept and develop a USP for yourself you will be clear on what it is you want and what your desired outcome is. By having a USP for yourself you can then become consistant in the message (vibration / energy) you send out daily, instead of the wishy washy vibration we sometimes have.
Often, when we are not crystal clear about what it is we want, we will change our minds depending on our mood or what is happening around us. We lose sight of our goal and veer off course, and tend to zig zag back and forth about what we want.
Creating a USP, and getting clear about what we want, will help keep us on track regardless of what is happening around us. We have our desired goal in sight and will make decisions based on that goal. Sure, we may occassionally come to a stop sign but we won’t be thrown off course we will simply pause and stay on our path.
You may have limiting beliefs that surface when you are trying to create your USP, and I will address how to over come those in a upcoming post.
