Learn to be grateful for every little thing you have.

If you miss all the red lights on your way to work, get excited and say, wow, was I lucky to miss all the lights.

Did you have a great meal? Be grateful as many people go for days without food.

There are so many things to be grateful for. The mailman bringing your mail, a good hair day, a smile from a baby, laughter, memories of good times, a mountain view, the feel of sand under your feet and much, much more.

Write a list of all the things you are grateful for in your life and refer to it whenever you fell stressed, sad or lonely. You will find yourself feeling better in no time.
