People are always asking me what my top picks are for business resources so I thought I would include the resources I use daily and could not live without.

Aweber - Email autoresponder
Autoresponders allow you to maintain contact with your customers or prospects on a regular bases. By using autoresponders you can send out emails automatically, 24 hours a day. I use Aweber for all of my news letters and I have never had a problem with their service, and I love it!
Aweber offers tons of advance features, including: click thru and open rate tracking, attachments, RSS, and split testing at no additional cost. The have an extremely high rate of delivery - your emails will actually reach the subscriber.
You will eventually need an autoresponder to succeed online — it will simplify your life. You probably do not need one when you are beginning your online career. As long as the number of contacts you need to keep track of is small, just use your email system. But eventually you really want to automate as much of your Internet marketing as possible, and there is no better way than with a good autoresponder.
When someone subscribes to your newsletter, with an autoresponder they will receive an instant response, then the rest of the emails can be programmed to be sent out at 1, 3 or 7 day intervals - or whatever interval works for you.
Another use of a good autoresponder is to send a broadcast message to all subscribers. It lets you tell everyone, something important, at a moments notice. As your number of contacts grow, so does the importance of the Autoresponder. Not only is it easy to use, it is easy to set up and create your messages.
Each Aweber account includes Unlimited Autoresponders, Follow Ups, Broadcasts, and newsletters.

InstantTeleseminar.com: The Easiest Way to do Teleseminars
If you are currently hosting teleseminars or if you are thinking about getting started with it, I have a great resource for you.
I have been using InstantTeleseminar for the last couple of months and I wanted to wait to make any recommendation until after I had some experience with it. Now I have and I can honestly say, I love it.
In one system, for one monthly fee, InstantTeleseminar provides bridge lines, instant online webcasting, automatic call recording, mp3 file download, online interaction so listeners can ask questions before and during the event, and templates for your web pages.
The best part about the system is the online broadcasting feature - this is the best. This online feature means that 2,000 people can listen to the teleseminar over the web! You still have the phone lines for those who like to listed on the phone, but for others who would rather listen over the internet, this is priceless.
InstantTeleseminar is a true turnkey system. You don`t need to know any web design skills because your teleseminar promo page is automatically created for you. Your teleseminar is automatically recorded, so once the teleseminar is completed your audio recording is automatically posted to a post-teleseminar replay webpage within a few minutes.
Plus as a new member can get a 21-day trial for only $1.

Sendout Cards - online card and postcard system
I have to say that I am more than pleased with the Send Out Cards system, and because the system is so easy and quick to use it has been a huge time reducer for me. These are real cards and postcards, not e-cards, so the receiver will actually get a card in their snail mail. The system is perfect for both business use and personal use, and I use it for both. At last count there was over 2500 different card styles in the system.
In the Send Out Cards database, you can pick your card (or postcard), write your note (even in your own handwriting!), have it addressed, and mailed, and you never even have to leave your computer. I love it because it costs roughly about $1 per card (including the postage), whereas here in Canada, if I were to go to the store and buy a card and mail it, it would cost over $5 per card.
For business use, it is great for resending out promo postcards, doing follow ups, and reminders. You can pre-schedule the sending dates so you can automate the whole process. You can also set up groups of contacts so you can quickly send to only one group of people and not another.
For personal use, I use it for the greeting card aspect of sending b-day cards, anniversary cards etc. And, since I can pre-schedule the sending dates I really don’t have any excuse why I missed someones birthday. The additional perk is that I can include a gift certificate or check in the card which is nice for birthdays or weddings.
